As a physician assistant, I am a member of a multidisciplinary team of various medical professionals who all work together to care for patients. In the Cancer Center, I use the knowledge from these team members paired with the latest research to provide the best treatment. By taking the time to explain this treatment plan and answering any questions, I am able to establish a collaborative relationship with patients and their families in order to help them accomplish their goals as much as possible.
